The centre boasts a newly refurbished gym, complete with the latest Technogym equipment and a full-sized sports hall perfect for racquet sports. An extensive programme of group fitness classes is delivered from our two dedicated fitness studios, with the added bonus of ‘virtual’ Les Mills and group cycle classes delivered from the big screens in venue.
For the younger members of the family we offer kids coaching in sports like gymnastics, football and badminton and outdoors we also have high quality 3G pitches, perfect for a game of 5-a-side football.
